Do you separate meals into protein/fat or protein/carbs , or just a normal mix and watch the cals and the type of cals?

Hi

No I do not. What I do is just try to eat a really balanced diet . I eat lots of protein from fish and dairy, veg, and fruits. Drink lots of water. If you want to build muscle eat a good amount of protein.
