A lot of your stuff is about building muscle, which is great. I'm struggling more with weight loss, though. I've bulked up but need to cut a good bit for some better definition. I've mostly been trying to stick to a good cardio routine but don't want to lose the gains I've made in the meantime. Any suggestions?

Buck has a lot of awesome health and fitness videos at http://buckangelbodybuilding.com/ - with many great routines. He shared some great advice recently which is just to keep active, stay moving, working out at home is fine--you don't need a gym! Even 30 minutes' time minimum is awesome. If you hit it hard for 1/2 hour at least, it still makes a huge difference. Here are a few of the many videos he's created too, below, w/workout instructions. Let us know how it goes!
