How often do you workout, and for how long? Also, any diet no-nos? Just curious, you are in KILLER shape! Keep it up, BUFF angel. =P

Thank you. I workout about 5 times a week unless I am traveling and then it just depends if I can get to the gym. I don't eat junk food which is a big no-no. I eat super healthy that is the key. Though every once in a while I eat a donut..hahaa
